Who are we?

We are a non-profit organization based in the United States and Colombia whose goal is to contribute to the development of underprivileged children and young people through education and sports.

Our Vision

Education is a basic tool in society, which, combined with sports, contributes to the development of children and young people for their role in society. For this reason, FJL firmly believes that the combination of these two tools is key to the proper development of minors in society.

Our goal is not limited exclusively to education and sports, but is also complemented by psychological and medical support. These combined elements, we believe, are the way to adequately educate these young people, giving them the opportunity for a better future.

Our Mission

Juventud Líder’s main mission is to help children and young people living below the poverty line by providing them with opportunities through education and sports.
